Snack pellets are produced using an extrusion process that is similar to producing pasta.
The main steps of this process are:

The final product can be processed by deep-frying or popping (hot air expansion) in just a few seconds, expanding up to 6-7 times their original volume and gaining a pleasant shape, texture, and taste.
Our customers season the final product in many different ways, then pack and distribute the product under their own brands.
